Position Overview:

The CRM Specialist will assist in the daily oversight and implementation of the organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, leveraging data to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role will also contribute to marketing strategies, market analysis, data projects, and internal reporting functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Assistance
  • Enhance internal utilization of the CRM system through user training and support.
  • Act as a bridge between Ticket Sales and Service, Premium, and Business Analytics Departments, focusing on support for the Inside Sales team.
  • Lead research and procurement of leads for direct marketing efforts.
  • Distribute leads based on incoming inquiries and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate marketing automation processes using Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft PowerAutomate.
  • Provide technical assistance to CRM users by resolving system-related issues.
  • Support business processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and implement tailored solutions to improve business operations.
System Administration
  • Oversee daily management of the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online), including user management, data integrity, and data manipulation.
  • Adjust the front-end of CRM and marketing systems to streamline and present information according to requirements.
  • Support and modify automation processes using PowerAutomate.
  • Manage the creation and modification of CRM forms.
  • Lead research efforts into best practices for Dynamics CRM.
  • Coordinate and oversee data integration with various vendors and data sources.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks.
Data Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that data architecture, cleansing processes, and system design provide users with accurate and complete data.
  • Guarantee legal compliance and appropriate use of the system.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, business, marketing, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent professional background.
    *Any combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge and abilities to perform the work is acceptable.
  • Exhibit the highest levels of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly self-driven with a passion for learning new skills and addressing challenges using innovative technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving outstanding results for business objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, engage with multiple departments, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment sector.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerAutomate is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Java, and HTML is preferred.
