At Abbott, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cardiac Rhythm Technologies group, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers, including physicians, healthcare professionals, and field sales staff, on our CRM products.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals, including regional training seminars and clinical studies/data collection.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and directors to identify customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible business relationships with customers.
  • Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next-generation products.
  • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • A minimum of 4+ years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
