Role Overview:
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of email marketing and automation technologies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of email marketing strategies aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and supporting organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in marketing CRM technologies, focusing on automation, database management, and email design.
  • Collaborate with brand and service line leaders to identify client objectives and create targeted marketing lists.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and optimize the email database to ensure high deliverability rates.
  • Design and develop email content in collaboration with content creators.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate campaign success.
  • Provide training and mentorship on automated marketing strategies across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in marketing CRM platforms and automation tools, particularly in email campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to email marketing.

Experience:
3-7 years in digital marketing, specifically with CRM technologies and email platforms. Experience in project management and proficiency in analytics tools is preferred.
