Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Clinical Specialist, you will provide high-level engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance in response to intricate inquiries regarding CRM products. Operating autonomously, you will identify and implement optimal business practices, utilize independent judgment, and play a crucial role in fostering and sustaining relationships with clients and the healthcare community.

  • Serving as a vital connection between the healthcare sector and the business
  • Creating and presenting training sessions on CRM products for medical professionals
  • Delivering essential feedback to management regarding market insights and potential product improvements
  • Assisting in sales, educational seminars, clinical research, and troubleshooting
  • Providing mentorship and support to junior Clinical Specialists
  • Continuously advancing skills in alignment with the Arrhythmia Management strategy

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related discipline, with certification on SJMSC CRM products
  • At least 4 years of experience in cardiac pacing and associated fields
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiac procedures
  • Expertise in cath lab and operating room protocols, along with strong skills in analyzing complex clinical situations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in computer skills and software applications
