Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with senior-focused community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and local businesses to promote ClareMedica's services and generate new sales leads.
  • Sales and Outreach: Meet with seniors and healthcare professionals at their preferred locations to educate them about ClareMedica's high-touch care model and promote our services.
  • Event Planning: Strategize, coordinate, and execute events within the community to educate seniors and healthcare professionals about ClareMedica's services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with health plan agents, independent insurance agents, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, local government, and stakeholders in the community to promote ClareMedica's services.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize marketing tools to attract potential new patients and maintain up-to-date information in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Lead Management: Document interactions with potential new patients and ensure effective management of leads.
  • Member Engagement: Engage inactive members via outreach with sales tools and marketing campaigns.
  • Business Development: Develop all distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth and work closely with leadership to improve effectiveness of engagements with distributors, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: High business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in front of large audiences.
  • Language: Spoken and written fluency in English, with bilingualism a plus.
Working Conditions

General office working conditions, with occasional travel to events and community locations.
