Job Opportunity

Hikvision USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and account objectives, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and representing our products and services to current and potential security system integrators and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to customers.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the company and customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and communicate new product and service opportunities to company staff.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Participate in marketing events and prepare sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist with high-severity issue escalations and manage account services through quality checks and follow-up metrics.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers and follow up on sales leads and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and perform other sales duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or equivalent and/or 3-5 years of professional experience in sales.
  • 3+ Years of sales experience in CCTV or Security Systems Industry.
  • Must be prepared for travel 50%-75% of the time.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Spanish Fluency Required.
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of sales experience in CCTV or Security Systems Industry.
  • Experience and strong understanding in surveillance, IP camera, DVRs, electronics equipment, and instrument-related industry a plus.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and reports.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive technical approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of core technologies and solutions concepts.
  • Demonstrated success and leadership in project management.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership competencies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
  • Advanced level PC skills to include MS Office and MS Project.

Work Location: Hybrid (Remote/On-the-road)

Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $67,600.00 - $96,750.00 (highly experienced). Additional benefits include a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
