Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our expansion by driving business development initiatives that connect top talent with our clients, transforming their businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
  • Lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
Your Profile:
  • Extensive experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector. Experience in a startup or B2B environment with a focus on tech is highly desirable.
  • Network and influence: You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
  • Bilingual communication: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally.
  • Dynamic and autonomous: A self-starter who is highly responsive, capable of taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
