Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Join Hikvision USA, Inc. as a Senior Sales Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong sales skills, business acumen, and a passion for building relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and account objectives, while representing our company's products, services, and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to current and potential security system integrators and distributors.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the company and customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, technical support, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns, to promote our products and services.
  • Manage sales pipelines, identifying opportunities and developing action plans to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the CCTV or security systems industry.
  • Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Spanish fluency required.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the CCTV or security systems industry.
  • Experience in surveillance, IP camera, DVRs, electronics equipment, and instrument-related industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of core technologies and solutions concepts.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Advanced level PC skills, including MS Office and MS Project.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range: $67,600.00 - $96,750.00 (highly experienced).
