Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our operations supporting government facilities. This role is pivotal in managing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of a significant government property. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery, employee engagement, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for a large-scale government facility program, encompassing approximately 1.9 million square feet.
  • Lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Be available for emergency response 24/7, ensuring prompt on-site presence when required.
  • Enforce adherence to safety and quality protocols among trades staff and subcontractors.
  • Oversee scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with client Facility Management representatives to provide updates, reports, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, federal regulations, and performance benchmarks.
  • Address conflicts and deficiencies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for compliance, training, and operational standards.
  • Conduct training sessions, safety briefings, and quality assessments.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in facility operations and management, particularly within government settings.
  • Proficient knowledge of NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMMS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Safety and Quality Control protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and employee assistance programs.
