Facilities Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee our operations supporting government contracts. This role is pivotal in managing the operations and maintenance of a significant government facility. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring that all services are delivered with excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a large-scale government facility program, encompassing extensive property and facility management.
- Lead a diverse team of professionals, including managers, technicians, and administrative staff, to fulfill operational objectives.
- Be available for emergency response 24/7, ensuring prompt on-site presence when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards among all staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of maintenance, repairs, and project initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with client representatives to provide updates, reports, and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, federal regulations, and performance metrics.
- Address and resolve any operational conflicts or deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to compliance, training, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and safety briefings for staff.
- Manage subcontractor performance and conduct necessary evaluations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven years of experience in facility operations and management, particularly within government settings.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, including NFPA, EPA, and OSHA.
- Experience with CMMS systems, particularly ServiceNow, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
