Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee our contract operations supporting government facilities. This role involves managing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for extensive government properties. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring exceptional leadership, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a large-scale government facility program encompassing significant square footage and extensive grounds.
- Lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel to support operational goals.
- Be available for emergency response 24/7, ensuring prompt on-site presence when required.
- Ensure compliance with management plans, including safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with client Facility Management representatives to provide updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Guarantee that all work meets contractual obligations, federal regulations, and performance benchmarks.
- Address conflicts and deficiencies promptly, following established reporting and corrective action procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance, training, and operational standards.
- Conduct staff training sessions, safety briefings, and quality assessments.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including performance evaluations and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven years of experience in facility operations and management, particularly in government settings.
- Proficiency in relevant codes and regulations, including NFPA, EPA, and OSHA.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMMS is advantageous.
- Experience with safety and quality control measures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
