Role Summary: The Facilities Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the upkeep of equipment, machinery, buildings, and various facilities across all Brightpoint locations. This role involves planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications while cultivating relationships with vendors, including utility providers and real estate professionals. Additionally, the supervisor will lead initiatives aimed at emergency preparedness and energy efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate on-site maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and training programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess either:

  • An Associate's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a facilities management context, or
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in facilities operations or contract management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience in creating and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Capability to train and mentor staff effectively.

Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation package starts at $57,000, with offers adjusted based on experience. Benefits include:
