Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Midway Group, Inc. in Downtown Chicago. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and general cleaning of assigned areas, including office spaces, restrooms, eating areas, elevators, drinking fountains, and walkways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all assigned areas are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, trash and recycling, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Task Completion: Complete tasks and work assigned hours as required.
  • Area Coverage: The assigned area could be an office building, warehouse, school, university, or other facility.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Supervisor experience is required.
  • Language Skills: English language proficiency is essential.
  • Integrity: Demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to complete tasks and work assigned hours.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines.
