Job Overview
The Facilities Management Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison responsible for overseeing facilities operations, collaborating with the Senior Facilities Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team to ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services.

This position will manage tenant and client needs while ensuring satisfaction in financial performance, compliance, asset management, and personnel leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist the Area Manager in executing both short-term and long-term initiatives for client projects.
• Design and implement innovative strategies, processes, and procedures aimed at reducing operational costs and enhancing productivity in partnership with the Facility Management Lead and the client.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tailored to client requirements.
• Manage the development and oversight of capital and operational budgets through close collaboration with client representatives.
• Conduct program analysis and development, including timely variance reporting on operating budgets for each property.
• Aid in the formulation and execution of the annual management plan for the assigned buildings.
• Coordinate building and equipment maintenance schedules in conjunction with EMCOR personnel.
• Review lease agreements and requirements, liaising with landlords as necessary.
• Collaborate with executives, vendors, and subleased tenants to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work alongside the outsourced Facilities Management company to guarantee effective daily operations.
• Partner with site Directors of Operations to address building management needs.
• Collaborate with Environmental Safety and Security teams to promote safety within the facilities.
• Manage equipment and supply requirements, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office supplies, and climate control systems.
• Approve maintenance expenses as per the outsourced Facilities Management company.
• Lead Facilities Management initiatives for Postal Services and Compliance.
• Document processes and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Oversee special projects assigned by the Facilities Manager, such as decommissioning and remodeling.
• Supervise vendor performance during regular and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.
• Manage multiple facilities with diverse functions.
• Matrix manage both technical and administrative personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and ensure compliance with all policies and standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is required; equivalent experience in Facilities Management with a management or technical focus is necessary, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Facilities certifications are desirable.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of industry experience is required, either in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient presentation abilities.
• High level of personnel leadership and development skills.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.

Additional Information:
In alignment with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $124,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
