About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion of our enterprise business. As an Account Executive, Enterprise, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion with enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders at existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies and processes
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, including developing and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of complex business problems and ability to craft solutions across multiple products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
What We Offer

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of $355,200 - $532,800, as well as additional benefits including equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
