About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Federal Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Eptura, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the federal community through strategic partnerships, market research, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position Eptura's workplace and asset tools as the leader in the federal space
  • Work with established federal channel partners to build and execute strategic plans to identify and grow business in the federal space
  • Identify prospects, build pipeline, and conduct effective consultative meetings with prospects and partners to assess and understand their needs
  • Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers
  • Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast effectively to senior leadership
  • Manage existing customers and bring on new customers
  • Maintain Salesforce accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with Eptura product updates, pricing, and contract terms
  • Partner with the Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other stakeholders within Eptura
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain and maintain security clearance(s) if required by the position
  • Minimum 5+ years of software sales experience, with a focus on SaaS and application sales to the federal government
  • Experience managing and closing enterprise-level sales through channel partners using solution selling and value selling techniques
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite
  • Confident and proven negotiator with high-level communication skills
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers to forge great relationships
  • High attention to detail and a strategic mindset
  • Strong desire to win and succeed
