Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Effectively communicating our perspectives on digital business strategies, ensuring clients are informed about industry developments.
  • Proposing new project initiatives that align with client objectives, focusing on both customer and brand needs.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry shifts and evolving customer demands.
  • Inspiring clients through exceptional storytelling abilities – your communication will be engaging, insightful, and persuasive.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to cultivate vibrant brands.
  • Managing client financials, including forecasts, budgets, and investments, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement on key financial responsibilities.
  • Mentoring team members through coaching and training, identifying growth opportunities, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Being open to travel as necessary, embracing new experiences and perspectives.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a distinguished VP/Account Director with a strong professional background, typically including:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA, along with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience (ideally within a creative agency), including at least four years in leadership roles focused on integrated marketing and client relationship management in a digital context.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills – a balance of intellectual and emotional intelligence, adept at interpreting data and understanding client needs.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills – articulate, clear, engaging, and impactful.
  • Strong time-management abilities, excellent organizational skills, and adaptability to change.
  • Proven project and performance management capabilities – recognized for your talent in coaching and developing individuals, inspiring change, and fostering effective collaboration.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
