Familiarity with the harm reduction landscape, including regulatory considerations.
Established connections with distributors and wholesalers across the United States.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a history of cultivating and motivating high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the capacity to analyze market trends and utilize insights for business advancement.
Willingness to travel within the market approximately 25% of the time.
Adaptability to a dynamic and changing industry environment.
