What We Are Seeking

As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies that create compelling experiences for leading brands.

You will collaborate with creative teams, business leaders, and production experts within Momentum's network to ensure that strategic insights are effectively integrated across all projects and interactions.

Your role will involve delivering inspiration and actionable insights in a rapidly changing brand landscape, while also helping to refine the agency's perspective on consumer behavior and shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with all agency departments to embed consumer insights into daily operations and product development.
- Continuously seeking and applying the latest information on consumer and brand dynamics.
- Participating in the creation of programs that span our various disciplines (live events, retail, digital/social).

- Developing and presenting comprehensive brand, marketing, engagement, and messaging strategies tailored to client needs.

- Working alongside internal research teams to ensure that insights effectively serve each client.

- Co-authoring and contributing to the quality and clarity of strategic briefs.

- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients.

- Actively engaging in new business development, including pitch preparation and transitioning new business wins to relevant teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning within a marketing agency or consulting environment.
- In-depth knowledge of key digital platforms and communication channels (social media, digital, influencer, search).
- Experience with social media planning, research tools, and analytical reporting is essential.
- Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional team setting.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and listening abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- A creative thinker with a passion for learning and innovation.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
