Role Overview: The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will oversee the growth of our third-party division, focusing on establishing profitable management agreements and nurturing client relationships. This role involves lead generation, asset evaluation, proposal development, and management of client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and investment sales brokers.
- Deliver management proposals to clients through collaboration with internal teams and local operations.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to present effectively to clients.
- Support senior leadership with various projects and initiatives.
- Engage clients through in-person meetings to promote RangeWater as the preferred management partner.
- Collaborate with department heads to align with the company’s vision and culture.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct onsite tours for potential clients.
- Prepare professional proposals and supporting documents for diverse markets.
- Participate in market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Develop business plans to drive market growth through data analysis and trend identification.
- Assist in the introduction of new software solutions to facilitate growth.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and networking events to enhance market knowledge.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Essential Requirements: Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is required. Candidates should possess excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is essential, along with strong skills in Excel and various market survey tools.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Frequent mobility is required, including standing, walking, and reaching.
Travel Requirements:
Routine local travel may be necessary for business-related tasks, with potential non-local travel up to 50% for responsibilities.
