Position Summary:
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for spearheading business expansion and enhancing market visibility through the development and management of pivotal strategic investments and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Development:
    Identify, assess, cultivate, implement, and execute strategic investments and initiatives that align with Voya's business objectives in the workplace solutions and investment management sectors.
  • Strategic Initiative Execution:
    Develop strategic initiatives and oversee market execution as these programs are launched.
  • Partnership Management:
    Establish and nurture significant external partnerships related to key investments and initiatives, promoting collaboration and ensuring mutual success in achieving strategic goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to maintain a thorough understanding of emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Financial Evaluation:
    Analyze the financial implications of potential partnerships, including revenue forecasts, cost-benefit assessments, and return on investment evaluations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work alongside internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align partnership strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Risk Assessment:
    Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting the organization's reputation.
  • Innovation Leadership:
    Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in financial services, providing thought leadership within the organization and the broader industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships within the financial services sector, particularly in health, retirement, or asset management solutions. Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities from both strategic and financial perspectives. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, are essential.
