  • Provide quotations for new commercial contract prospects
  • Conduct data entry for sales opportunities within the CRM system
  • Examine service agreements provided by customers
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Maintain Sales Quota information in Smartsheet and Excel reports
  • Assist the Contracts Manager and Rental Department as required

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Capability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management or customer service

Physical Requirements:
