Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of new residential maintenance agreements
- Provide quotations for new commercial contract prospects
- Conduct data entry for sales opportunities within the CRM system
- Examine service agreements provided by customers
- Handle incoming calls
- Maintain Sales Quota information in Smartsheet and Excel reports
- Assist the Contracts Manager and Rental Department as required
Qualifications:
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proficient data entry skills
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Capability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management or customer service
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
