Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant IV to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Owings Mills, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the TA team in administrative functions across various groups.
  • Work independently to accomplish tasks in an engaging environment.
  • Contribute to the development of candidate data gathering and reporting processes as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for professional staff and management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition administration activities, including processing and managing candidate data.
  • Facilitate transactions related to the recruitment process.
  • May assist in the planning of recruitment-related events.
  • Lead special and ad-hoc projects of moderate complexity.
