Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for Executives and team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between Executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and team communications.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior administrative assistant or in other administrative positions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
