Job Overview

Kairos Home Improvement Inc is seeking a skilled Logistics Clerk to coordinate daily materials deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales Director to coordinate logistics and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily materials deliveries with our team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Review and verify material orders to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Track shipments and input data into our company system
  • Respond to customer service requests and provide excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Keep record of materials spending per project and maintain accurate records
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask and work independently
  • Friendly and helpful phone demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
