Role Overview

Fivetran is at the forefront of developing data pipelines that empower the modern data architecture for numerous enterprises. We are in search of an exceptional leader to oversee and nurture some of our most promising talent. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales. The manager will be responsible for forecasting, recruiting, mentoring, retaining, and developing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and clients. Our Commercial CSMs are dedicated to onboarding, fostering product adoption, ensuring retention, and driving net revenue growth.

This is a full-time role.

Compensation and Benefits

The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires in this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including role, level, location, skills, experience, education, and market demand. The pay range is subject to change.
