Position Overview
Fivetran is at the forefront of developing data pipelines that fuel the modern data ecosystem for numerous enterprises. We are seeking an exceptional leader in customer success to oversee a dynamic team of rising professionals. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales. The Senior Manager will be responsible for forecasting, recruiting, mentoring, and developing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and clients. Our Commercial CSMs are dedicated to onboarding, enhancing product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and driving net revenue growth.

The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires in this role. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, education, and market conditions. This range is subject to change.
