We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our upper Mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans: Create customized plans that align with customer goals and challenges, and hold customers accountable for driving action and reporting impact.
  • Provide Strategic Consulting: Use creative problem-solving to help customers reach their business goals and maximize the value they get from Klaviyo.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and executives to drive executive stakeholder alignment on both the customer and Klaviyo side.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase email and SMS revenue for all customers through the Klaviyo platform, while driving growth and expansion for our largest accounts.
  • Ensure Customer Sentiment: Proactively identify and execute on areas for new content, program development, or training to help drive customer success globally.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership across the business to drive customer value and decrease churn.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Management Experience: Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders on an account at a time.
  • Excellent Program Management Skills: Ability to own customer projects from scoping and planning through to implementation and measuring success.
  • Trusted Advisor: Ability to assist in prioritizing initiatives based on competing priorities and resources, and effectively push back and challenge customers.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Track record of finding creative solutions to unique problems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conference, and email.
  • Curious and Eager to Learn: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
