We are seeking a Director of Client Success to spearhead our Client Services division, ensuring outstanding client results and experiences.

This position requires close collaboration with key clients to understand their requirements and drive the implementation of solutions that address their challenges.

The successful candidate will be tasked with formulating and executing a customer success strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and working alongside various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Establish and track customer success metrics and objectives
  • Deliver regular updates and reports to clients
  • Lead and mentor the client services team
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
  • Oversee operational processes to enhance team productivity
  • Represent the Client Services team in leadership discussions
  • Manage the training schedule and coordinate team member availability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MS/MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within consulting services
  • Proven success in driving customer success initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in ERPs and CRM systems
  • Results-driven with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs
