Job Overview

In an increasingly digital world, the demand for security in software development has never been higher. Snyk, a leader in developer security solutions, is dedicated to empowering development teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities in their code and infrastructure seamlessly. Our mission is to foster a more secure digital landscape by enabling developers to innovate rapidly while maintaining robust security measures.

At Snyk, we embody our core principles: Collaboration, Deep Care, Customer Focus, and Innovative Thinking. As part of our team, you will thrive in a vibrant environment that emphasizes teamwork, empathy, impactful leadership, and trust.

The Customer Solutions Division collaborates closely with Development and Security leaders from our client organizations to enhance their security initiatives using the Snyk Cloud Native Application Security Platform. With our expanding customer base, there is a growing need for our post-sales teams to ensure clients achieve significant success with the Snyk platform.

We are seeking a skilled, entrepreneurial, and motivated Technical Leader to join our AMER Technical Success Management (TSM) team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Technical Success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing the strategy and detailed action plan for Snyk's Technical Success Managers.
  • Representing Snyk's innovative post-sales services within the region.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a diverse and growing team of TSMs.
  • Creating engagement strategies and processes that enable Snyk to enhance strategic relationships with our customers through in-depth analytics and tailored use cases.
  • Collaborating across departments to achieve key business goals related to high-profile client implementations, new product launches, installations, and escalations in partnership with sales, operations, product management, engineering, and technical support.
  • Leading the team and, when necessary, building strong relationships with key clients.
  • Partnering with a world-class Go-To-Market team and contributing to a global TSM leadership group.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Snyk Platform.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience leading customer-facing teams in a complex, global SaaS environment, addressing the needs of both SMB and Enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing Enterprise deployment strategies across various post-sales roles for technical products.
  • Proven track record in building collaborative teams, developing talent, and aligning performance with business objectives.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt swiftly to evolving demands; experience in scaling teams and processes.
  • Expertise in resource planning, including account alignment, defining roles and responsibilities, and creating hiring strategies.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in DevOps, DevSecOps, and development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with developer tools and comfort in engaging directly with developers or Application Security leaders.

We are committed to fostering a warm, inclusive workplace and value diversity. We encourage applications from individuals who are typically underrepresented in the tech industry. If this role resonates with you, we invite you to apply.
