The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for providing strategic oversight and marketing analysis to designated communities while delivering direct sales support to prioritized locations.

This role requires travel within Texas and to other locations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and support sales initiatives across communities
  • Deliver strategic marketing insights and analyses
  • Provide guidance and support to assigned communities
  • Conduct direct sales coaching for community teams
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor Sales Directors for each location
  • Establish short and long-term objectives to enhance sales productivity and meet targets
  • Leverage relevant data to assist communities in crafting and executing effective sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:
  • Preferred college degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales and Marketing with a proven success record
  • Experience managing multiple sites
  • Mandatory background checks as per government regulations
  • Completion of health screenings and provision of negative TB test results (within the last 6 months or upon employment)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and insurance required
  • Ability to travel for community visits and meetings
  • Proficient in PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM databases for customer tracking and data analysis
