Area Sales Manager Position at CandyLux

The Area Sales Manager is a pivotal role within CandyLux, responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and nurturing team development.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with crafting and executing robust sales strategies, offering business insights, facilitating training sessions, overseeing promotional activities, and cultivating strong client relationships to achieve and surpass sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Implement and manage retail and sales promotions
  • Oversee field sales operations
  • Launch new products to both new and existing clients
  • Achieve revenue goals by providing guidance and support to salon owners, managers, and stylists
  • Enhance retail sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
  • Deliver regular performance reports to the CandyLux Executive Team
  • Ensure timely submission of all required documentation
