Role Overview
The Regional Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving the commercial success and clinical effectiveness of Saluda's EvokeTM therapy within the designated region. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Managing the assigned sales territory effectively.
- Coordinating clinician training initiatives, sales strategies, and market development plans.
- Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of EvokeTM systems, meeting revenue targets.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders and clients.
- Leading the growth strategy, market entry plans, and communicating core messaging.
- Gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence; conducting market research to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in medical device sales.
- A proven track record of sales achievements.
- A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in programmable implantable device sales.
- Experience in operating room settings and strong patient follow-up interaction.
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
