We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Clerk I to join our team at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our Admission department, ensuring seamless patient flow and accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to the Admission department, including data entry and benefit verification.
- Engage patients with best practices and customer care, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage faxes, scans, and uploading functions as needed, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the development and submission of reports regarding patient activities and data.
- Conduct body and property searches of patients, maintaining annual certification in search procedures.

- Communicate with other departments regarding patient admission and care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or G.E.D.
- At least two years of data entry experience.
- Computer skills and experience working with underserved populations.
