Job Overview

The Sales Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the complete sales cycle, enhancing the community's brand image, boosting awareness of the community's offerings, cultivating potential residents, and maximizing revenue objectives.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and contacts consistently
  • Oversee the sales process by ensuring a robust waitlist
  • Plan and execute strategic outreach events to showcase the community
  • Conduct business development initiatives with local professional organizations
  • Perform market research and devise an effective sales plan
  • Foster a dynamic sales environment
  • Review sales reports and data to enhance sales performance and revenue generation
  • Efficiently manage apartment inventory
  • Create and oversee the Sales budget in line with operational standards
  • Undertake additional related tasks as necessary

Qualifications for Success

  • Excellent team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Experience in senior services is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
