The Sales Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the complete sales cycle, enhancing the community's brand image, elevating awareness of the community's offerings, cultivating potential residents, and maximizing revenue objectives.
Daily Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and contacts consistently
- Oversee the sales process by sustaining a robust waitlist
- Coordinate strategic and engaging outreach initiatives to highlight the community
- Conduct business development with local professional organizations
- Execute market research and formulate an effective sales plan
- Foster a dynamic sales environment
- Review sales analytics and other metrics to enhance sales performance and revenue generation
- Manage apartment availability efficiently
- Develop and oversee the sales budget in accordance with operational standards
- Undertake additional related tasks as necessary
Qualifications for Success
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience with proven closing success
- Experience with senior clientele is advantageous
- Excellent communication abilities
