About the Opportunity: Envoy is seeking a talented Sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive focused on the SMB segment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact helping customers create a great workplace experience. As a member of our Sales team, you will target, prospect, source, and close software deals in our SMB market (51 to 500 employees).

This role is part of a high-performing Sales organization that aims to be the most innovative, efficient, and effective GTM team in the industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Success, to create exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle (sometimes from source to close), ensuring that our customers can achieve their goals through the deployment of Envoy software.

You will provide clear visibility on revenue performance by proactively managing a pipeline of opportunities and monthly forecasts. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite and internal GTM processes. Customizing and delivering product demonstrations with a keen focus on your customer's unique needs and challenges is also essential. Key skills and qualifications include selling across entire organizations as well as C-Level Executives, experience with Procurement, IT/Security & legal teams, and excelling at developing relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth & adoption of Envoy software
  • Manage the full sales cycle, sometimes from source to close
  • Ensure customers can achieve their goals through Envoy software
  • Provide clear visibility on revenue performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product suite and internal GTM processes
  • Customize and deliver product demonstrations

Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive equity for all full-time roles and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco, CA, our expected cash compensation for this role is $107,000-$126,000 (OTE). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
