Software Sales Executive

About This Opportunity: We're looking for an ambitious account executive to help us drive growth and revenue through integration strategies. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and design enterprise-grade software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integration strategies to drive growth for organizations of all sizes
- Run full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, leveraging marketing and SDR opportunities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for expansions, renewals, and referrals
- Build and redesign sales processes to create exceptional customer journeys
- Lead by example, mentoring new sales team members as the organization grows
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product, growth, and platform teams to share customer insights and improve all areas of Merge's offering
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5+ years of experience as a top-performing account executive
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling a technical SaaS product with an ACV of $50k+
- Ability to create repeatable sales processes across various customer interactions and sizes
- Deep customer empathy and unrivaled communication skills
- Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to closing
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this role is $240,000 - $320,000 per year
