About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Sales Director to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the federal market. With 8-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales or SaaS sales, you will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strategic plans that anticipate and address customer needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level executives and drive complex, multi-product sales cycles in the +$500 million in revenue space. You will also have a deep understanding of the problems and focus areas of your stakeholders and effectively communicate the technical wins and strategic business outcomes we can align to and drive with a PagerDuty partnership.
