Job Description
We are looking for a talented IT Business Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving growth by nurturing existing relationships and leveraging personal networks to identify new business opportunities within the outsourcing and nearshoring sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Leverage personal networks and industry connections to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and drive strategic content creation to match sales expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in sales - in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with engineering services and technical project requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant software sales experience.
- Understanding of the business sales process and industry-specific certifications.
