Accelerate Revenue Growth as a Seasoned Executive

Axelera AI is a cutting-edge AI platform company that seeks an experienced Vice President of Sales to drive substantial revenue growth and build a world-class sales organization in North America. With a proven track record in hardware sales, ideally within the computer or related industries, this executive will shape our sales strategy, transform company goals into dynamic go-to-market plans, and lead strategic business development efforts.

We're looking for a collaborative B2B sales leader with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to foster positive relationships with key players in the AI, semiconductor, and tech ecosystems. This role requires close collaboration with strategic partners and clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, making proximity to this location highly desirable.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, with a proven history of closing complex deals and driving revenue growth across North America. Experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies is a valuable plus, as well as a strong background in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as CRM systems, is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth and Expansion: Lead revenue growth through strategic B2B negotiations, emphasizing hardware sales to enterprise clients.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with key players in the AI, semiconductor, and tech ecosystems, positioning Axelera AI as the preferred partner for next-gen AI hardware solutions.
  • Visionary Sales Leadership: Contribute to the sales vision for North America, developing and aligning sales strategies with company objectives to drive market growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, with a proven history in hardware sales.
  • Proven success in closing complex, multi-million dollar deals and driving revenue growth across North America.
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies is a valuable plus.
  • Strong background in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Established network and industry connections within AI, semiconductor, and broader technology ecosystems.
