Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SMS. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and presidents, and securing new opportunities for our Business Analysts.

About the Role:

  • Prepare for daily appointments with local business owners and presidents within a 20-mile radius of your home
  • Direct sales conversations with the goal of marketing and securing Survey Agreements
  • Share feedback from appointments and new business lead opportunities with the Business Coordinator
  • Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, gaining support as needed

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience or face-to-face direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we value relevant experience over formal education
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners and executives
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to uncover clients' needs
  • Ability to begin work immediately

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses
  • Potential to earn high six-figure commissions
