POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Site Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing the daily cleaning operations and quality assurance programs for a designated account while actively engaging in fieldwork. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of CCS operations for our partners.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are essential to this role and may be adjusted as necessary:

  • Oversee, plan, and coordinate activities by assigning work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and directing subordinate staff.
  • Assess and verify employee performance through the evaluation of completed assignments and techniques.
  • Continuously monitor cleaning operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Ensure staff training is completed, technical skills are utilized, safety protocols are followed, and partner expectations are met.
  • Organize and lead job-specific scopes of work to ensure efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to best practices.
  • Accountable for achieving project deliverables aligned with project goals, quality standards, and company priorities.
  • Utilize project management tools and principles to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure crew coverage of designated areas, assign additional coverage as needed, and provide special cleaning instructions.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure team performance exceeds partner expectations.
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Recognize technical, procedural, and equipment challenges that may impede cleaning performance and communicate with support personnel and management.
  • Propose performance metrics for cleaning services that serve as reliable indicators of service quality and productivity.
  • Identify errors and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Adhere to Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Review and recommend changes to cGMP documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure satisfactory inventory levels of CCS job site supplies.
  • Facilitate the completion of required training and cross-training for CCS personnel.
  • Occasionally represent the company in client interactions.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with labor laws.
  • Perform inventories, reports, and related tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to perform payroll functions for the location (training provided if necessary).
    • Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent documentation skills and adherence to all regulations.
  • Showcase conflict resolution skills while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm and rational under pressure.
  • Comply with all policy and conduct standards and embrace the culture of CCS.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • GED preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, production, manufacturing, janitorial services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
