Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. An Associate's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in a medical office setting, particularly in a supervisory capacity, is essential. Experience managing a team of over 20 individuals is required.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in medical terminology, basic computer skills, and strong organizational capabilities are necessary.
