KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes customer transactions following established procedures.
  • Understands and performs Maintenance Technician duties as needed.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The Tire Operations Supervisor is accountable for overall sales growth, profitability, and management of the tire business segment. This includes financial responsibilities related to tire units, service promotions, and customer satisfaction metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in tire sales, automotive services, and customer relations.

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines and operational instructions, as well as to write routine reports and effectively communicate with groups.

MATHEMATICAL AND REASONING ABILITIES

Proficient in basic arithmetic and capable of solving practical problems in varied situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that may involve bending and crouching.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees may be exposed to mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions while working in a fast-paced environment.

MISCELLANEOUS

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Background checks may be conducted as part of the hiring process.
