Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties:
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Provide training and mentorship to Field Service Technicians
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to communicate manpower, equipment, and resource needs for field service and emergency response projects
  • Manage large-scale field service and emergency response initiatives as required
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials
  • Operate various light and heavy machinery, utilizing hand tools and powered industrial equipment
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately in various combinations
  • Work in diverse environments, both indoors and outdoors, under varying weather conditions
  • Handle potentially hazardous materials and work in environments with exposure to chemical and physical agents
  • Perform tasks at heights, including the use of ladders and scaffolding
  • Assist with field sampling and calibration of equipment
  • Complete necessary documentation, including inspections and permits
  • Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Safely operate vehicles in compliance with transportation regulations
  • Participate in compliance and safety meetings
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned
  • Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating schedule
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in physically demanding roles
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations on-call
  • Capability to perform physical tasks as required
  • Successful completion of background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., bobcats, excavators)
  • Background in environmental or industrial work (e.g., site remediation, spill response)
  • Commercial Driver's License
