As the Event Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring remarkable experiences for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include leading the event staff, offering guidance, and assigning tasks efficiently. Your keen eye for detail, professionalism, and strong communication abilities will be vital in orchestrating events, managing food service, ensuring drinks are readily available, and upholding a refined environment. Furthermore, you will assist in the setup and teardown of events, including organizing table arrangements and overseeing the dance floor.

Key Qualifications:
  • Availability to work on Sundays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on patience and courtesy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of food presentation, preparation, and safety.
  • Capability to lift heavy trays (20-25 lbs minimum).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, waitress, host, or similar positions is highly preferred.
