Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting with the management of credit operations at Susser Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and computer software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure loan policy guidelines are followed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Report exceptions to loan policy to executive management.
  • Maintain and improve current software relevant to credit administration.
  • Recommend updates to the loan policy to keep it current in a growth environment.
  • Communicate new policies and procedures to staff to ensure effective implementation of the institution's strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Course of study in Business, Finance, or Accounting is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of credit analysis or equivalent credit experience.
  • Preferred experience of managing others.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and accurate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels.
