Patient Experience Specialist

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient experience at CAN Community Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Manage front office operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with medical records and front office tasks as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Associate degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Three years of office experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Physical Requirements
This role requires sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. The ideal candidate will be able to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word, visual and auditory acuity.
