Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with program members to foster understanding, develop plans, and continuously improve their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with program members to understand their needs and develop personalized plans for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with members to plot out and complete tasks within the work unit, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Develop and review service plans for members, ensuring their goals and needs are met.
  • Drive our vehicles during work hours, requiring an excellent driving record.
Requirements
  • Passion for making a difference in people's lives and a strong person-centered service philosophy.
  • Ability to work well on a team and initiate unit activities independently.
  • Desire for professional excellence and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong ability to use and apply technology in your job and enthusiasm to teach others.
  • Deep experience working with people with disabilities, ideally those with brain injuries.
